Clients Rights & Responsibilities
Persons accepted for our credit assistance program & services by UniqueLife Consumer Solutions, LLC dba UniqueLife Credit Solutions have the following rights.
Rights:
The right to be provided with information about UniqueLife Consumer Solutions, LLC dba UniqueLife Credit Solutions, its services and to be provided with the basic rights and responsibilities in a way which is easily understood.
The right to be treated with respect, dignity, and compassion regardless of credit score ratings.
The right to be provided equal service without regard to age, race, sex, religion, ethnic background, or Limited English Proficiency.
The right to privacy related to all aspects of their credit file including, but not limited to, total confidentiality that relates to both individual & joint account program members.
The right to be protected from all manner of exploitation.
The right to participate in the development of his/her individual credit service plan; to participate in all decision-making regarding his/her credit health.
The right to be provided quality treatment by competent staff members.
The right to voice complaints, grievances & positive experience testimonials about the services provided at the agency.
Responsibilities:
Clients must provide, to the extent possible, the information needed by professional staff providing services to the consumer.
Clients must follow plan contract, instructions and guidelines to ensure quality services are met (previously agreed upon).
Please note: We reserve the right to cancel contract for any non-conductive, non-compliant behavior that would affect the credit improvement process and/or failing to meet important processes, deadlines, or failing repeatedly to communication with the assigned program consultant during any given credit file review cycle may result in service termination.

Responsibilities:
Clients must provide, to the extent possible, the information needed by professional staff providing services to the consumer.
Clients must follow plan contract, instructions and guidelines to ensure quality services are met (previously agreed upon).
- Keep an open line of communication with their assigned credit improvement consultant.
- Upload all correspondence received from each credit bureau, creditor and/or collector into the Client Tracking Portal provided at account setup.
- Commit to each requested credit review appointment call or video conference to go over progress and new conditions.
- Maintain the IdentityIQ credit monitoring service for the duration of the service contract.
- Expected to pay down current debt, not incur any new debt & build their credit profile as discussed by the program consultant assigned to that specific credit file to the best results.
