EXPLANATION OF:
A typical credit repair cycle can last 3, 4 or even 6 months or more. The cycles really do depend on your personalized improvement plan. However, you can cancel at anytime.
Ex. Enrollment Service Fee & Monthly Billing:
Let's say, Janurary is the start of service, you will pay your Enrollment/Service setup fee upfront and get initial access to our client tracking portal (complete access to the work being done at all times during the credit repair process. Including, access to our professional direct messaging platform. A system that gives access to your credit file manager 24-hours/7 days a week to get your questions answered along with phone support).
Now, the following month, February is considered your first months payment for the initial first work services complete in January. First work services may include and not limited to the processing of your complete 3-bureau file, including personal information request updates, drafting the debt validation letters & mailing first letters certified within a specific timeframe.
Nonetheless, if your repair cycle continues into February we'll bill in March for February and March will be billed April. Keep in mind, the initial Enrollment/Service setup fee is not a part of your monthly payment history. Rather, the fee charged to create your account which covers the onboarding process and preparing the report for the work to happen.
UniqueLife Credit services are always billed in arrears. This means we perform the monthly work first then bill the following month. ie: If we perform work in October, we will collect for that work in November. Cancellation required an in-written request. All cancellation requests will be processed accordingly and customer is responsible to clear balance due the following month. This will satisfy final balance.
We work very hard for your success and we appreciate a working relationship. Any unpaid balance is subject to collections actions including but not limited to 3rd party collections or court process.
However, we are here to be of service and will work with you as long as the lines of communication remain open so that we are allowed to assistd you.
